Shipping & Refund Policy


Shipping is free for all orders. 

All orders are processed and shipped out between 1-3 business days. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays. 

After we process the order shipping will take around 7-15 days to arrive. 

Currently we are only shipping within the US and are not offering express shipping and international shipping. 

Please also note that if you order more than one bag we often ship them separately and that all packages may not arrive the same day.  


In the instance that you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team via email: with subject title ‘CANCEL’. 

All cancellation enquiries must be sent through before 8am on the business day following the date your order was placed - or else your item would have already been processed and dispatched.

Returns & Refunds 

If you consider your item to be faulty or have not received your item after 30 days, we are more than happy to discuss the details of your warranty claim and will happily resend the order with no additional fees, or fully refund the order. *Please note that this warranty claim expires 60 days after the order was placed and that we also do not offer any return/refund if you have a change of mind for an item you have ordered or received, therefore please choose carefully when deciding on product/s you wish to purchase.
